CK Tech - Security, Theater, Smart Homes

I hired CK Tech to install and monitor the cameras for my business, a daycare. Last year, week before Christmas, in broad daylight, a thief stole a car from my lot. Because I had cameras, the parent was reassured. At least... temporarily. The cameras did get everything. But then I had to send the recording to a police officer. When I try to send the file, I can't. System says it's too big. Sounds like a simple, 2-min fix for a techie, so I call CK Tech. Gone for the day at 4pm. Leave message. No response the next day. I try later that day, several times. When I do connect with the (nice) office lady, she can't help. Says she told the owner and he'll get back to me the following week (?). He never did. It was a moot point by then anyway. The car was probably in Uzbekistan. Obviously, not being able to assist the student's family undermined my professional credibility. My building wasn't as secure as we all believed. Left CK Tech the next month. Called around to a few other monitoring companies asking how they handle common scenarios. The one I chose seems to really appreciate how important access to video footage is for sensitive, high-trust businesses like mine.

Craig was amazing getting out quickly for an estimate and fitting us in on a Saturday to install and take over our security monitoring. We are more than pleased with the service and willingness to get us set up fast. Thank you Craig!

We hired CK Tech to make over our security systems both at home and at work. Both projects were finished within 2 days just as they told us. We couldn't be happier with their entire process from sales with Tully (great guy) through installation and startup. The Alarm.com system is heads and tails above what we had before and less expensive. So simple and we can now view both home and work in one simple app. Great job CK! Absolutely recommend CK Tech. Called Craig and he came to our house that same day for a quote. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was able to come back the next week after we accepted his quote. He and his team were able to cut our costs by completing the job quicker than expected and reusing some of the old equipment in our home. He and his team were professional, personable and timely throughout the entire process. Our family is completely satisfied and loves our new state of the art security system.
